What is Kavira?

• Kavira provides you with low- or no-cost in-person visits from a Kavira provider from the comfort of your home—which means you can skip the trip to and lengthy-wait times to see your primary doctor for everyday health care needs!
• Care is provided at no-cost to you! There are no copays, surprise balance billing, or hidden out-of-pocket costs when you see a Kavira provider for an everyday healthcare need. Please note, that if you’re enrolled in one of Apple Tree Dental’s HDHP plans, then you will have a low-cost $5 copay associated with a Kavira provider visit, due to IRS regulations around High Deductible Health Plans and your HSA eligibility.
• Get started TODAY! Download their app (use the QR code included in the Kavira Overview flier) and save the phone number to your contacts for quick and easy-access. Care with a Kavira providers is initiated by you and care received typically within a few hours.
• If you or your family members are sick and you need a test—a Kavira provider can provide included healthcare services to you in the comfort of your home and on your terms, or virtually through a virtual visit (virtual care only for members in non-metro clinics)
• Not sure what service are covered by Kavira?—review the Kavira Overview flier here OR ask Kavira. If a Kavira provider cannot treat you and needs to refer you out to a specialist through your health plan, they will not charge you for that Kavira visit/consultation.
