Optum Rx Home Delivery

  • You will need to set up an account online and provide a payment method.
  • Have your physician send an electronic prescription to Optum Rx.  Most prescriptions are eligible.
  • Your prescription will arrive within 2-5 days after Optum receives either a new or refill request.
  • The cost depends on which medical plan you have selected.
    • For those members enrolled in the H.S.A. Choice $3,000 / $3,200 - prescriptions are subject to the deductible.
    • For members enrolled in the Choice $5,000 plan, the cost is equal to 2x the copay for a 90-day supply.
