The company provides you with basic life and accidental death and dismemberment benefits to protect your family's financial security in the event of death or accidental injury.  Basic life is provided at no cost to you. 




In addition to the company-paid basic life insurance, you have the option to purchase supplemental coverage for yourself and your dependents.  Upon your initial enrollment opportunity, you can purchase up to the Guarantee Issue amount without any medical questions. Later enrollments or coverage increases will require evidence of insurability and are subject to approval by the carrier.
