Benefits for Medical, Prescription Drugs and Dental are provided and administered by The Family Medical Care Plan (FMCP), which is administered by NECA. Covered benefits are determined by NECA in accordance with your bargaining agreement. Please refer to the FMCP website for details and plan information. Eligibility for the plan is administered by CCI, and full-time employees are eligible upon date of hire.

Under the vision benefit, you may use in-network or non-network vision care providers. You receive greater benefits when you use in-network providers. If you use non-network providers, you must pay out of pocket and file a claim for reimbursement.

Flexible Spending Accounts
You may elect to pay for eligible healthcare or dependent day care with pre-tax deposits to the Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs). Your income reported to the IRS is reduced by the amount of your FSA contributions, which results in lower overall taxes for you.  You may be reimbursed for expenses incurred during the plan year.  You will forfeit any unclaimed money left in your account after the end of the plan year run-out period.  FSA is administered by WEX.

Pre-Tax Parking Benefits
Pre-Tax Parking Benefits allow you to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for expenses related to work-related parking costs, including parking passes.
  • Parking: you may set aside up to $300 per month to be used for eligible parking expenses
  • Parking benefit elections are submitted monthly via PeopleSoft: Self Service > Payroll and Compensation > Voluntary Deductions
  • You can pay for services using your debit card, or by paying out of pocket and submitting a reimbursement request to WEX
  • If you terminate employment, you may submit claims that were incurred prior to your termination. Any unused funds will be forfeited
