Short-term and Long-term disability replace a portion of your income if you become disabled and unable to work.

Short-term disability is covered 100% by the employee.
Long-term disability is covered 100% by Dakota 911, but the premium is considered taxable income.

Long Term Disability
Group #G000ATL3; Policy Number: GLTD-ATL3
Dakota 911 provides long-term disability to all employees at no cost. The premium, however, is taxable so employees will see it listed on their check stubs for W2 reporting purposes.


Short Term Disability
Group #G000ATL3; Policy Number: GUC-ATL3
Employees are eligible to elect optional short-term disability coverage. The cost of this coverage is the employee's responsibility.
