Annual & New Hire Notices

Laws mandate all employers to ensure employees are notified of rights, protections and privileges. While some notices must be provided at time of hire, other notices must be provided annually, or posted and maintained in a prominent area of the workplace.

Dakota 911 provides new hire and annual notices in hard copy at time of hire, and until the employee consents to electronic receipt. Once the employee consents to electronic receipt, all new or annually required notices are provided electronically. Paper copies of any/all notices are available upon request.
