401(k) Retirement Plan
GeoLogics provides a 401(k) retirement plan administered by Principal Financial Group which offers you an opportunity to make pre- tax/ROTH salary deferrals of up to $22,500 in your choice of more than 25 investment options. If you are 50 or better, you have an opportunity to make pre-tax/ROTH salary deferrals of up to $30,000. All deferrals are subject to limitations resulting from federally required non-discrimination testing. Historically there has been a discretionary employer match of as much as 50% of the first 8% of an employee’s combined pre-tax or ROTH contributions with a maximum potential annual match of $2,000.
Business Travel Accident – Cigna
GeoLogics provides Business Travel Accident (BTA) insurance for employees traveling on official company business. Coverage while on business travel (worldwide) protects against accidental death and dismemberment with a benefit of up to $250,000. Includes CIGNA Secure Travel® which provides pre-trip planning, assistance while traveling and repatriation benefits when traveling 100 miles from home.
