GeoLogics Corporation sponsors two medical coverage plans that are compliant with the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) and one non-compliant supplemental Fixed Indemnity plan. These plans are sponsored by GeoLogics but administered exclusively by Essential
StaffCARE and its affiliated companies (ECS/PAI/IAG). All customer service and support is provided by ESC/PAI/ IAG. Both plans use the Essential StaffCARE network and cover 100% of the cost for preventive care services like calendar year physicals and routine immunizations. The way you pay for care is different with each plan.
Both plans has set copays for some services and a deductible and coinsurance for others. Copays do not apply toward your deductible, so you will pay copays until you reach your calendar year out-of-pocket maximum.
