This benefit allows you to save taxes on your health care and/or day care expenses.



The Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Plan is available to all non-union employees who are eligible to receive medical benefits under our group medical plan. If you are eligible for participation in the FSA Plan, you may join this Plan on the first day of the month following or coincident with one month of continuous employment. Lynden Puerto Rico employees, bargaining unit employees, regular seasonal, non-regular seasonal and casual employees are not eligible for participation in this Plan.

To participate in a new calendar year, current employees must complete their FSA Plan enrollment through Dayforce during the Open Enrollment Period. Employees must re-enroll each year for the next calendar year.

Please note – Your annual FSA election does not rollover each calendar year. However, if you have a balance remaining from your annual election in your healthcare account between $100 and $550 for Plan Years beginning on or after January 1, 2020, and adjusted in future years, that amount will automatically be rolled over to the next calendar year and you may spend it during that new calendar year.
