With LifeMatters® you will find support for everyday issues like:
- Stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loss
- Addiction
- Quitting tobacco
- Marriage, family or other relationships

Start using Talkspace today by completing a brief assessment online, pick your provider (from a list of recommendations) and start therapy.
What type of support are you looking for? Support available for individuals, couples, teens (ages 13-17) and psychiatry.
Talkspace is a service available to all associates, for associates enrolled in the UHC medical plan it will run through your insurance plan! Please note, there are costs incurred for utilizing these services.
