WCS provides you with Basic Life and AD&D insurance through Sun Life at no cost to you, based on your tenure with WCS. Employees are automatically enrolled in the life insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) plan on the first of the month following three (3) months of employment.

In addition to employer paid Basic Life and AD&D insurance, all employees have the ability to purchase additional life insurance for themselves and eligible dependents. Benefits include the following:
- Employee Benefit: Up to 5x your base annual salary, up to $500,000 in increments of $10,000
- Spouse Benefit: Up to $150,000 in increments of $5,000
- Child(ren) Benefit: $5,000 or $10,000
- Important Note: The amount you select for your spouse and child(ren) cannot exceed 50% of the employee coverage
