Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (Healthcare FSA)
At the Wildlife Conservation Society, all employees can enroll in a Healthcare FSA, regardless of their enrollment in the WCS medical plan (Aetna). Healthcare FSAs cover qualified healthcare services and medical expenses. The 2025 contribution limit is $3,300.
Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DCFSA)
All employees who have an eligible, tax-dependent child(ren), parent, or grandparent, can enroll in a DCFSA. Eligible expenses include:
The contribution limit for 2025 is $5,000 ($2,500 if marred and filing separate tax returns).
WCS will allow employees to contribute up to the IRS maximum.

Accident insurance reimburses you for medical expenses related to accidental injuries such as broken bones, burns, torn ligaments and much more. Get reimbursed between $50 to $15,000 depending on your injury and treatment.
Important Note: This plan also offers an annual $50 Health Screening Benefit payment for all family members enrolled.

Protect yourself and your family financially in the event of a serious illness diagnosis such as cancer, heart attack, stroke and kidney failure.
