DEPENDENT CARE – FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT
A dependent care account is pre-tax savings for expenses incurred for the care of child(ren) or other eligible dependents. You can set aside pre-tax contributions for dependent care expenses up to $5,000 per plan year.
Participants must enroll annually for the plan year effective on January 1.
Contributions cannot be changed unless a qualifying life event occurs.
Changes must be made within 30 days of the event.
