The ACSHP Board has contracted with ComPsych® to provide an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) at NO COST TO YOU! Your GuidanceResources® Program is a network of services that can help you improve your health, achieve more at work and home and handle any personal or professional challenges you face. It offers someone to talk to or resources to consult whenever and wherever you need them. These services are strictly confidential and are available to you and your immediate family members 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by phone or online.
 
The ACSHP EAP Program includes:
  • Up to six local face-to-face counseling sessions per incident at NO cost to you
  • Unlimited phone counseling on legal issues by ComPsych® staff attorneys to include a free 30-minute assessment and 25% discount off legal services when local face-to-face sessions are necessary
  • Unlimited phone counseling on financial issues by ComPsych® staff CPAs and CFPs
  • Unlimited online support via GuidanceResources® Online, your 24/7 link to vital information, tools and support. Log on for:

  • On-demand trainings
  • "Ask the Expert” personal responses to your questions.

We encourage you to take advantage of this valuable resource, which offers confidential:
  • Financial resources to assist with retirement planning, taxes, relocation, mortgages, insurance, budgeting, debt, bankruptcy and more.
  • Emotional support for issues including anxiety, depression, stress, grief, loss and life adjustments along with relationship/marital conflicts.
  • Work-Life solutions provide qualified referrals and resources for items such as finding child care and elder care, hiring movers or home repair contracts, planning events or locating pet care.
  • Legal guidance from ComPsych® attorneys to assist with legal issues including divorce, adoption, family law, wills, trusts and more.
