Should you enroll in the High Deductible Health Plan, District 155 will pay for Accident and Critical Illness benefits at the same coverage tier you elected for the medical insurance, including those dependents covered under parity!

 **This coverage is only available to those who elect the HDHP.**

Additional Occurrence – Provides benefits when diagnosed with a different condition, so long as it is separated by 3 months.

Recurrence Benefit – Provides benefits at 25% of your elected benefit amount for a recurrence of a covered condition, so long as it is separated by 12 months.
