2024 Wellness Financial Incentive Program
- The 2024 Wellness Financial Incentive Program is a two-step program designed to help employees who select a Hanover health insurance plan offset the cost of coverage.
- By participating in this confidential and valuable health improvement program, employees have the opportunity to earn up to $300 per year ($150 per step) for employee only participation or up to $600 per year ($300 per step) for employee plus spouse* participation.

*Spouses must be covered under the employee's Hanover health insurance plan in order to participate.
Missed the Step 1 Deadline on June 30, 2024? While you will miss the incentive payment on August 31, 2024, you may still be eligible to receive an incentive payment on February 28, 2025. Here's how:
- If your Hanover health insurance plan was effective on or before June 1, 2024
- Complete both Step 1 and Step 2 by December 31, 2024
- Biometric screenings can be done at the Marathon Health Clinic by visiting the Patient Portal to schedule an appointment, Hanover's on-site screenings in the spring, or they can be obtained from your healthcare provider by asking them to complete a Wellness Screening Form then submitting it using the instructions in the top right corner of the form.
- If your Hanover health insurance plan newly became effective on or after June 2, 2024
- Complete Step 1 only by December 31, 2024
- Biometric screenings may be obtained for free at Marathon Health Clinic by visiting the Patient Portal to schedule an appointment, or they may be obtained from your healthcare provider by asking them to complete a Wellness Screening Form then submitting it using the instructions in the top right corner of the form
