Welcome to the 2024-2025 Employee Benefit Information for July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025.
New Employee Navigator Enrollment Instructions
Enroll online 24/7 at https://www.EmployeeNavigator.com/benefits/Account/Login
Enter Company Identifier: LIBERTY25
HR Assisted Enrollment: Should you wish to meet with Karina Matsuura for one-on-one enrollment assistance, please call or send a meeting invitation to Karina at Kmatsuura@liberty25.org.
Prior to completing enrollment, decide on any plan changes and determine your HSA / FSA Health and/or Dependent Care Contributions for 2024-2025. Also have your beneficiary information handy as well.
New employees must enroll in benefits within 30 days of eligibility. If you do not complete enrollment within 30 days, you will need to wait until the next open enrollment period in spring 2025 to enroll for benefits effective July 1, 2025.

If enrolling in Voluntary Life after initial eligibility, please note that you may be required to complete an Evidence of Insurability. This is the responsibility of the employee to complete and submit to carrier for approval.
