2023-2024 New Hire Instructions
Welcome to the 2023-2024 Employee Benefit Information for July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024.
Step #1 - Click and watch the 2023-2024 Liberty New Hire Presentation with Voice Recording to learn about the Liberty Benefit plan for 2023-2024 school year.
Step #2 - Review Benefit Guide and Renewal Rates
Step #3 - Complete Enrollment. You have a few options to complete enrollment.
Self-Enrollment: To self-enroll, please click this link: Aflac At Work to access the enrollment platform.
Your USERNAME is your social security number.
Your PIN is the last 4 digits of your social security number plus the last 2 digits of your birth year.
HR Assisted Enrollment: Should you wish to meet with Lisa Marshel for one-on-one enrollment assistance, please call or send a meeting invitation to Lisa at lmarshel@liberty25.org.
Prior to completing enrollment, decide on any plan changes and determine your HSA / FSA Health and/or Dependent Care Contributions for 2023-2024. Also have your beneficiary information handy as well.
New employees must enroll in benefits within 30 days of eligibility. If you do not complete enrollment within 30 days, you will need to wait until the next open enrollment period in spring 2024 to enroll for benefits effective July 1, 2024.
