2024-2025 Open Enrollment Benefit information
Open enrollment is from May 8th to May 19th, all employee must logon to the NEW Employee Navigator enrollment system to elect or waive coverage. If you do not login by end of day May 19th you may not have coverage effective July 1st.

Voluntary Life Special Enrollment Opportunity
We are offering a special one-time guaranteed issue enrollment opportunity. Active employees may elect or increase coverage by $100,000 without evidence of insurability, provided that the resulting amount of insurance does not exceed the guaranteed issue limit of $250,000. Increases above the guaranteed issue limit are also available, however require evidence of insurability.
Online EOI Instructions and Credentials
If enrolling in Voluntary Life after initial eligibility, please note that you may be required to complete an Evidence of Insurability. This is the responsibility of the employee to complete and submit to carrier for approval.
