As an employee of Scott County, you have access to assistance programs that offer a wide range of benefits to help improve mental health, reduce stress and make life easier - all easily accessible through the information provided below.
Sand Creek Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is offered to employees and their dependents free of charge. The EAP provides confidential, short-term counseling services for matters related to stress, chemical dependency, finances, relationships, work, and other life concerns. They provide up to 6 free counseling sessions and will refer individuals to a provider that will also accept the County’s health insurance if services are needed after the initial 6 free visits. Employee Assistance Program
The NIS EAP administered by Telus Health is available only to Scott County Benefit Eligible employees enrolled in the LTD Benefit through NIS. Through this EAP you can receive no-cost, confidential help for a wide variety of needs and concerns.
