1. Log into Workterra and complete your healthcare, life and disability enrollments.

2. Visit the MetLife Enroll Now Website to enroll in the 457 Plan

3. Update Code Red information to add a personal email and/or cell phone number (received via email from NoReply@codered.com)

4. Complete 3 Required New Employee Trainings


5. Visit the MEBT website to enroll or decline participation in the MEBT Plan (click for instructions)

6. Visit the DRS Website to designate a beneficiary for your PERS or LEOFF Plan

  • You will need to create a FEMA SID (https://cdp.dhs.gov/femasid) to do the trainings.
  • On-line Independent Study courses are available from FEMA’s Emergency Management Institute at the following links:
    • Send completion certificates to your departments safety representative.
