As a new hire, you are eligible for benefits on the first of the month following, or coincident with, your date of hire. You must complete the enrollment process within 30 days of becoming eligible — even if you want to decline coverage.
Choosing your benefits is an important decision, so we provide a premium enrollment experience to help you understand your options and feel confident in your choices. Our team of Benefit Advocates has one goal – to make sure our employees are set up for success with their benefits. All you need to do is schedule an appointment, video or by telephone, and you will receive a link or phone call at your selected time. (We do recommend video sessions so you can view the enrollment screens.) Your Benefit Advocate will explain your options, answer your questions, and help you choose the plans that are right for your individual situation. Please allow 45 minutes for your appointment.

We encourage all employees to schedule an enrollment session with a Benefit Advocate. However, you do have the option to complete your enrollment online. Log in to workforcenow.adp.com to enroll in your medical, dental, vision, health savings and/or flexible spending accounts, and voluntary short term disability plans.
