A comprehensive benefits package is provided to each eligible employee who works 20 hours per week or more. The core benefits package is effective on the 1st day of the month following your start date; if you start on the 1st day of the month, you are eligible for benefits on that day. It is important to fill out and submit these forms to Employee Relations as soon as possible to activate your coverage. These forms need to be completed even if you will be waiving coverage. You will attend a New Employee Orientation to review the benefits available to you with in the first days of employment and we can answer any questions that you may have at that time.

Scott County benefits can be viewed on the Benefits Summary Page. You may also view/print the Scott County Benefit Summary Booklet to view core benefits and their premiums.
