Eligibility and Benefit Manual

You and your dependents are eligible to participate in city provided benefits on the first day of the month following your date of hire, full-time employment (30+ hours per week). Eligible dependents include your spouse and children to age 26. Coverage must be elected with 30 days of your eligibility date or of a qualifying event. Different eligibility requirements may apply to other plans.
