2024-2025 Annual Open Enrollment

Welcome to the Roosevelt School District Annual Open Enrollment.  Benefits Open Enrollment May 1st to May 17th  for the 24/25 school year. Elections must be submitted on the Online Enrollment system by 05/12/2023.  Any coverage not actively selected by 5/17/2023 will be considered a waiver of coverage and your current benefits will terminate on 06/30/2024.

If electing voluntary life insurance above guarantee issue as first eligible or if electing outside initial eligibility, the employee is responsible to complete and submit the required Evidence of Insurability (EOI) form to Standard. Policy will not be effective until EOI is reviewed and approved by Standard and after receipt of first month’s premium.

 

Online Enrollment System Access
  1. All benefit eligible employees are required to log to: Employee Financial Access to complete enrollment. 
  2. Any coverage not actively selected will be considered a waiver of coverage and your current benefits will not terminate.
