Livongo Diabetes Management, Livongo Hypertension Management and Wondr and programs available to employees and their eligible dependents enrolled in the medical plans with BCBS, with no out-of-pocket costs. The Livongo programs are for PPO/HDHP members only; however, Wondr is available to both HMO and PPO/HDHP members.
