Medical and prescription coverage is an important part of any benefit strategy. Through the Mentor Public Schools Health Plan, we choose Medical Mutual of Ohio (MMO) for our healthcare and prescription drug benefits.
While MMO provides access to participating and non-participating providers, using a participating provider ensures you receive the highest levels of coverage. All plans have important provisions which we encourage you to review. Each plans' details can be evaluated by selecting one of the documents below.
